The LevyScore calculator located at levyscore.com.au is offered by Lannock Strata Finance 2 Pty Ltd, ACN 147 657 823 (us, we, our).

By using this calculator and in consideration of us providing you with access to the Website, you confirm that these Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Website and you accept and agree to comply with them.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or modify the function of the calculator from time to time. Every time you wish to use the Website, please check these Terms and Conditions to ensure you understand the terms and conditions that apply at that time. The date that these terms and conditions have last been amended is set out above.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Using the calculator

    1. The calculator allows you to choose variables to model and compare scenarios to manage and analyse payments which the strata corporation may need or wish to make over time, and associated fund raising options for a strata corporation.
    2. The calculator includes tax rates for various types of owners. Your personal tax profile may be different from the assumptions used in the calculations.
    3. Economic variables (such as inflation and interest rates) may change and affect the calculations.
    4. Strata legislation in your jurisdiction may conflict with the use of the calculator.
    5. The calculator allows you to assume that the strata corporation might borrow money as one of these strategies. We make no representation that we (or our associates) or any other lender will provide finance. We make no representation about the terms on which finance might be made available. Any finance provided by us or our related entities would be subject to our credit assessment and other processes following an application and terms and conditions apply.
    6. You must use your own judgement about the assumptions you make in choosing what scenarios to model and in modelling those scenarios. The results shown by the calculator are determined by the variables which you choose, and we make no representation that a particular outcome is likely to occur or not occur or that a particular scenario is appropriate or not appropriate for the corporation and or any or all of its owners.
    7. Using the calculator is not an application for a loan. The calculator is not a recommendation that the corporation or any person make an application for any credit contract and is not an offer of credit.
    8. The calculator does not provide any 'financial product advice' (as that phrase is used in Chapter 7 of the Corporations Act) and no advice is offered to you, the owner corporation or any owner on the merits of any financial investment, financial risk management tool or levy scenario.
  2. Intellectual Property

    1. All material in the calculator and the Website, including the text, code, information, graphics, illustrations, photographs, trading names, service marks, logos, design, layout, downloads, pricing, products and services, including any video, music, or sound (Content) is owned by or licensed to us and our related entities.
    2. You must not reproduce, transmit, adapt, distribute, sell, modify, publish or store the calculator or any of the Content for any purpose, other than as intended by the calculator, with our prior written consent, or as permitted by law. All our rights are reserved.
    3. LevyScore is a trade mark and you obtain no rights to use it.
    4. Trade marks used on the Website to describe third parties and their products are trade marks of those third parties and you are not permitted to use them without the consent of those third parties.

    1. You must not link to, frame or mirror the calculator or any part of the Website without our written authorisation.
    2.       2. is, or could reasonably be expected to be, defamatory, obscene, offensive, threatening, abusive, pornographic, vulgar, profane, indecent or otherwise unlawful, including material that racially or religiously vilifies, incites violence or hatred, or is likely to offend, insult or humiliate others based on race, religion, ethnicity, gender, age, sexual orientation or any physical or mental disability;
      3. includes an image or personal information of another person unless you have their consent;
      4. you know or suspect, or should reasonably know or suspect, to be false, misleading or deceptive;
      5. contains large amounts of untargeted, unwanted or repetitive content; or
      6. contains financial, legal, medical or other professional advice.

    1. misuse the Website by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technically harmful.     3. use, obtain, or attempt to obtain from the Website, information in order to identify or discover pricing, underwriting, rating and related business methodology or systems; and
    4. do anything which will or may damage, disrupt access to or interfere with the proper operation of the Website.
